Compensation Surveys
An integral part of our Recruiting/Search Service is gathering information regarding our candidates’ compensation packages. We detail the compensation package by cash compensation (base salary and bonus), deferred compensation, equity compensation, benefits, etc., which helps our client successfully manage final salary negotiations. This also offers client insight as to their competitive stance in the marketplace.
Competitive Intelligence/Information Studies
“Value-added” information gathered during the research phase is also shared with the client.
